A one-centimetre XPE foam mat that folds in about three seconds and goes in a bag. Flag on the listing: the title says fifty-one by seventy-nine inches and the bullets say fifty-nine by seventy-one. Those are different rectangles. Message the seller if the exact size drives your purchase.
It folds along printed creases and drops into the supplied bag, which is what separates it from a rolled foam mat. Parents use it for grandparents' houses, hotel floors and picnic blankets far more than the listing photos suggest.
Enough cushion under a baby learning to crawl and to sit. It is not a fall mat and it will not soften a stumble from standing. On tile, add a rug underneath if the child is already pulling up.
Cartoon animals on both faces, printed with vegetable oil ink. Flip it when one side gets tired of being looked at, or when the first side takes a marker. The ink is non-toxic and does not carry a chemical smell out of the packaging.
Waterproof surface. Milk wipes off with a paper towel; crumbs come off by picking the mat up and shaking it outside. That second method is the one you will actually use.
