Thirty days from delivery, including the assembled items.
Send anything back within 30 days of delivery. The clock runs from delivery rather than from the order, because play equipment gets bought ahead of a birthday and sits in a cupboard until the day.
A 54-inch slide frame does not fit in anything else. If the box is gone we will still take the return, but you will need to source packaging and that costs more than storing a flat carton behind a wardrobe for a month.
Building the thing and finding it does not fit the room is exactly the situation this policy exists for. Take it apart, put the parts back in the box with the hardware bag, and send it. What we cannot take back is a frame with cracked panels or missing screws.
Email [email protected] with your order number and which item is going back. Small items get a prepaid label the same working day. Freight items need a collection booked, which usually happens within two working days.
We check the parcel when it reaches us and the refund goes to the card or account you paid with. Allow 5 to 7 business days from the day it arrives.
The Elk frame comes in three colors and the playpens in two, so people change their minds after seeing the plastic in their own light. Tell us which one you want instead and we set up the exchange, as long as it is in stock.
Photograph what arrived and send it within 7 days. Individual panels, screws and swing brackets can be shipped on their own, which is faster than returning a whole set and cheaper for everyone. A missing golf ball we will simply replace.
