Packing times, delivery windows, and what happens with the big cartons.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day are picked the same afternoon. Everything else goes out within one to two business days. Weekends and public holidays do not count toward that window, so a Saturday order is packed on Monday.

Transit time starts the day the carrier scans the parcel, not the day you click buy.
An 82-inch set weighs enough that it moves on a freight service rather than in a normal delivery van. The carrier calls to book a window, and the carton comes to your door or your curb rather than into a room. Clear the hallway before that window opens. Two people carrying a long box past a coat rack is where the paint gets scratched.
Order a slide and a playpen together and they arrive separately, because they ship from different pallets. Each gets its own tracking number and they can land a day or two apart. Nothing is missing; check the second number before writing to us.
All 50 states, plus PO boxes for the small items. Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses take standard service only and usually add three to five days, and the large freight items do not go there at all. We do not ship outside the United States yet.
A tracking number lands in your inbox within 24 hours of the parcel leaving us. If the first scan has not appeared by the next morning, the carrier has the parcel but has not logged it. That is normal and it sorts itself out.
