Gray accents disappear against most modern nursery palettes, which is the point. Photograph your rug before deciding: the warm rosy brown set clashes with cool grays more than the product shots suggest.
Rated one and up. A new walker will use the stairs and the tunnel and ignore the golf. By three most kids have outgrown the slide but still draw on the board. Plan for about two years of heavy use, not five.
HDPE wipes clean with a damp cloth, and the drawing panel takes a dry eraser. If it lives outdoors, bring it in over winter: the certification covers impact and materials, not years of UV.
