This is the biggest thing in the range. Eighty-two inches long, sixty-seven wide, and it needs that whole rectangle plus room to land at the bottom of the slide. Measure the floor before you order. Families who put it in a living room usually end up moving a chair out, and that is worth knowing in advance rather than on assembly day.
Slide, swing, basketball hoop, golf set with club and balls, drawing board with markers and eraser, telescope, steering wheel, learning stairs, crawling tunnel, side aisle, a hide-and-seek nook and a storage space. Some of those are moulded features rather than separate toys, which is how the count gets to twelve. The swing and the golf set are the parts that get used hardest.
The palette is warm neutral with dusty pink accents. It reads as furniture rather than plastic playground, which matters when the thing lives in your living room year round. If you want the same frame in cooler tones, the eleven-piece version comes in beige and gray.
Non-toxic HDPE, ASTM tested, CPSIA and CPC certified, rated to 155 pounds. That ceiling covers a toddler and an adult steadying them, so a parent kneeling on the platform to help is fine. Edges are rounded and there are no gaps wide enough to catch a foot.
It goes together with the printed instructions and a video, and most parents finish in under an hour. The part people skip: go back and retighten the screws after a few weeks of use. Panels settle, and a loose swing bracket is the one failure worth preventing.
